Shipping

Orders ship within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you need an order sooner please contact us directly and we can try to accommodate.  

Sizing

Our pieces come in standard sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large . Check each product page for a sizing guide to find the best fit for your dog. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering and we're happy to make custom sizing or make recommendations. 

Materials

Every piece is handmade using premium materials, including 14k gold, sterling silver, and brass charms. We design accessories meant to last.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Favorite Child piece is handcrafted and customized to your order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a defect or if there was an error with your order, please reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.

Care Instructions 

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid exposing it to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry place when not in use.
